Models Affected: ES140 & ES127
It has come to their attention that for a very small number of heaters, a fault in the mains plug of the heaters may lead to the plug overheating.
If you have one of these heaters with one of the batch numbers below, then STOP using the heater immediately.
Please call them free on the number below for details of returns process and a full refund.
All heaters are batch coded in the form EP00 XXX - Your heater is only affected if in the batch code format above the xxx is replaced by the following numbers: 344,358,359,360,361,362,363,364,480.
