It is an employers legal duty to ensure all electrical appliances in the workplace are checked for electrical safety. Every year there are approximately 1250 reported accidents at work involving electrical burns and electrical shock, around 3% of these reported accidents are fatal.

We used PAT 2377 to carry out quite extensive PAT testing across the whole of our College. The team provided to be very reliable and efficient and they did not interfere with the working life of the College. The whole testing was carried out in a professional manner and the documentation we were provided with was excellent, plus there were no hidden costs!The service was also very personable and they went out of their way to return to carry out some additional testing we required. Great set of lads, insurance company insisted on PAT testing and these guys were top notch identified a couple of potential problems that we were unaware of, saved us from a 'shocking' experience and best of all didn't rip us off. Will be using again and have already booked them for regular 3 month inspections of our workshop stuff, we recommend them to everyone now proper life savers!Date of Posting: 06 June 2011
